Role Overview
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for improving website visibility, organic traffic, and search rankings through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies. The role works closely with content, development, and marketing teams to drive measurable growth in organic performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
- Optimize on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, content structure)
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals)
- Collaborate with developers to implement SEO best practices
- Manage off-page SEO activities including backlinks and outreach
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using analytics and SEO tools
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions; prepare SEO performance reports
- Support SEO requirements for new websites, landing pages, and campaigns
- Ensure SEO compliance with search engine guidelines and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar)
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure (basic level)
- Experience optimizing content for search intent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with e-commerce or enterprise websites
- Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.)
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience with international or multi-language SEO
