What You’ll Do:
- Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) into the accounting system.
- Maintain up-to-date records for accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform routine bank reconciliations and report discrepancies for review.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports for clients.
- Ensure all supporting documents are well organized and accessible.
- Communicate with clients to clarify missing or unclear information.
- Follow standardized bookkeeping processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years in accounting, bookkeeping, or data entry (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and VAT requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with cloud accounting systems (training provided).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication in both Arabic and English.
