Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing professional real estate consulting services to clients, guiding them in buying, selling, or leasing properties. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process. The role also involves proactive engagement in sales activities and strategies to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Consulting and Sales skills with proven expertise in the real estate market
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Familiarity with the real estate industry, including market trends, property valuation, and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines effectively
- Relevant experience in real estate consulting or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred
