Job Summary
The IT Engineer – Light Current is responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and low-voltage (ELV) systems. The role integrates networking, security, and smart systems to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operation across projects and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, install, configure, and maintain ELV and IT systems
- Manage and support IP-based systems and network infrastructure
- Supervise installation and commissioning of light current systems on-site
- Configure and maintain CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm interfaces, and Security Systems
- Manage servers, switches
- , routers, and network devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and as-built drawings
- Ensure systems comply with industry standards and cybersecurity best practices
- Provide technical support during handover and post-implementation phases.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IT and/or ELV systems
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, switching)
- Experience with IP-based security systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic network tools
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent
- Experience with ELV vendors (Hikvision, Dahua, Honeywell, Bosch, Cisco, HP)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals
- Experience in construction, real estate, or data center projects.
