Job Description

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and visualization of interior spaces for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Develop detailed 2D and 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of interior designs with overall project objectives.
• Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and material selections that align with client requirements and company standards.
• Oversee the selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes for interior spaces.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure the implementation of approved concepts.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design and visualization.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of proven experience in interior design and visualization, preferably within the real estate development sector.
• Expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and AutoCAD.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of interior design and visualization projects.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and furnishings relevant to high-end real estate projects.
• Ability to manage full project cycles from concept through execution.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, building codes, and sustainability practices.
• Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
