🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Lead full stack implementation of new features and product lines in a Rails webapp
- Upgrade core systems and contribute to Sirdab’s long-term technical architecture
- Build scalable, maintainable code with Hotwire/Turbo/Stimulus
- Review code, mentor peers, and help establish strong engineering practices
- Collaborate with product and design to translate business requirements into robust solutions
- Contribute to tech evaluations, tooling improvements, and platform-wide refactoring efforts
🔹 What Makes You a Fit:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years working with Ruby on Rails and building REST APIs
- Working knowledge of frontend development and willingness to own full-stack tasks
- Eagerness to master Rails tools like Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus within the first 90 days
- Strong product thinking — you care about impact and user value
- Passion for solving complex problems and driving structure in ambiguous environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Bonus: Logistics or supply chain tech experience
