🎼 We’re Hiring: Remote Sales Executive (Music Education)

Tchaikovsky School of Performing Arts is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Candidates must be based in Egypt

⏰ Working Hours

8 hours/day

6 days/week

🎯 Role Overview

You will be responsible for converting leads into enrolled students by:

Managing and following up

with leads via WhatsApp

Handling the sales pipeline using HubSpot

Booking auditions and guiding parents/students through the enrollment process

Maintaining accurate CRM records

Following structured sales scripts while keeping a human, consultative approach

✅ Requirements

Previous experience using HubSpot CRM

Strong experience selling via WhatsApp

Fast learner and highly adaptable

Excellent communication skills (Arabic required, English is a plus)

Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail

Comfortable working with KPIs and targets
