Job Description

Supervise and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure the achievement of assigned sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales plans aligned with company strategy
Monitor daily field activities and ensure proper market coverage within assigned territories
Track sales performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare regular sales reports
Coach, motivate, and evaluate sales team performance to improve productivity
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
Ensure proper use and accuracy of data on Sales Buzz system
Identify market opportunities, competitor activities, and potential risks
Coordinate with management to support business growth and operational efficiency

Job Requirements

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to develop, execute, and monitor sales plans
Strong analytical skills with experience in KPIs tracking and reporting
Effective communication skills with customers and senior management

Operational Requirements

Willingness to perform fieldwork and daily follow-ups
Valid driving license is preferred
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets
