We’re looking for a Go (Golang) Developer to build and scale backend services that power high-traffic, production-grade applications. You’ll work on designing APIs, improving performance, and shipping reliable systems with strong observability and clean engineering practices.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain scalable backend services in Go

Design and implement REST/gRPC APIs

Work with PostgreSQL (and optimize queries, indexes, migrations)

Use Redis and caching strategies to improve performance

Build event-driven or async workflows with queues/streams (RabbitMQ/SQS—any is fine)

Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews

Improve reliability with monitoring, logging, and tracing

Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver features end-to-end

What we’re looking for

Strong experience writing production services in Go

Solid understanding of concurrency, goroutines, channels, and performance tuning

Experience designing systems for scalability, reliability, and maintainability

Comfortable with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)

Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker, CI/CD; Kubernetes)

Good engineering habits: testing, code review, documentation
