Enterprise Architecture Office - Enterprise Architect
This role will serve as the senior point of contact for all architecture matters, owning end-to-end solution architecture and managing executive-level relationships. The architect will oversee and sign off on architecture for the entire build, so strong leadership presence and clear communication are essential.
Location: New Cairo
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and long-term roadmaps.
- Align business objectives with IT strategy, driving technology standardization and compliance.
- Assess current-state systems, define future-state architecture, and enforce governance processes.
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
- Produce detailed
- architecture documentation, integration patterns, and governance models using Jira/Confluence.
- Act as a senior advisor across business, application, data, and technology architecture domains.
- Lead architecture boards, ensuring consistency, alignment, and quality across all streams.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience within large-scale, complex environments.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of TOGAF or similar EA frameworks.
- Proven experience with Temenos or other major core banking platforms.
- Broad expertise spanning infrastructure, cloud, applications, integration, and security.
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery models and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence).
- Exceptional documentation skills with the ability to produce clear, standardized architecture artifacts.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
