Order Management & Fulfillment Specialist

Role Overview:

The Order Management & Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing the entire order lifecycle — from order receipt to successful delivery and post-sales follow-up — ensuring a seamless customer experience and accurate order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders across all sales channels

• Verify order details (items, sizes, colors, quantities, payment status)

• Coordinate order preparation, packing, and labeling

• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery with courier partners

• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues proactively

• Maintain accurate order records and inventory updates

• Handle post-sales follow-ups, exchanges, returns, and customer inquiries

• Communicate order status updates to customers when needed

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously

• Good communication skills (written & verbal)

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or logist
