Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Real Estate Agent will engage in daily property viewings, client consultations, conducting market research, and providing property valuation advisories. Responsibilities also include maintaining client relationships, negotiating offers, and managing transaction processes to ensure seamless property buying, selling, or renting experiences.

• Proficiency in market research and property valuation techniques
• Sales, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities
• Time management and organizational skills for handling multiple clients and properties
• Understanding of local real estate laws and market conditions in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid
• Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline is advantageous
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to work independently
