Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Travel Consultant to join our call center team. If you’re passionate about travel, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping others plan their journeys — we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with travel bookings and inquiries.
- Use Amadeus GDS to book and modify flight reservations.
- Support customers with hotel bookings and related services.
- Resolve issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet targets and service quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in travel booking or call center roles.
- Proficiency in using Amadeus GDS is a must.
- Good knowledge of hotel booking systems is a plus.
- A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
