 Role Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Cairo. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will support customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will communicate with customers through multiple channels, document interactions accurately, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions. Your mission is to provide excellent service and create a positive customer experience.

 Qualifications

Graduate or dropout only

Fluency in English is a MUST B2/C1

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Previous customer service experience is a plus

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a customer-focused mindset
