We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Industrial Marketing Specialist to build and develop the marketing function from scratch for our manufacturing business. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who can create strategies, generate ideas, analyze the market, and support business growth in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a complete marketing and growth strategy for industrial products (sandwich panels, steel sheets, etc.).
• Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, market trends, and customer needs.
• Identify and define target customer segments (contractors, developers, consultants, distributors, factories).
• Create and manage lead generation activities to support the sales team.
• Propose and implement creative marketing ideas suitable for the industrial and construction sector.
• Develop clear value propositions and positioning for each product line.
• Support the sales team with marketing materials, presentations, and product profiles.
• Plan and participate in exhibitions, site visits, technical presentations, and industry events.
• Track and report marketing performance, results, and growth opportunities.
• Continuously improve brand visibility and market presence.

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in industrial marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in building marketing strategies from scratch.
• Strong understanding of the industrial market and customer behavior.
• Experience in construction materials, steel, insulation, HVAC, or similar industries is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the marketing function.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
