Enzo is a fast-paced leader in BTL (Below-the-Line) Advertising and Construction. We are looking for a versatile HR Generalist to take over the full employee lifecycle. This isn't just a desk job—you will be the backbone of a team that builds brand experiences and physical structures. You will manage everything from recruitment for projects to complex compensation structures.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the hiring pipeline for both creative roles and technical construction roles.
• Comp & Ben: Administer payroll, benefits, and incentive programs tailored to different department needs.
• Personnel & Compliance: Maintain employee records, manage contracts, and ensure all operations comply with local labor laws.
• Culture & Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and drive engagement initiatives within our unique cross-industry culture.
  

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Advertising or Construction is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
