Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role located in New Cairo. The Finance Manager will oversee financial results, manage budgets, and analyze financial performance to ensure the organization achieves its financial goals. Daily responsibilities include managing accounting operations, preparing financial forecasts, warehousing, and collaborating with various departments to provide financial insights. The role also includes maintaining accurate financial records for cost control and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Financial Planning, Budget Management, and Financial Analysis
• Proficiency in Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Cost Control
• Familiarity with Egyptian Tax Compliance, Auditing, and Risk Management
• Skilled in Financial Software, Odoo ERP Systems, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CMA, or CFA rare a plus
• 4 years experience in a similar finance management role is required
