Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support the real estate sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Supervise daily operations including client meetings, follow-ups, and closing deals.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training when needed.
• Set weekly/monthly goals and track KPIs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 year in a leadership role. is a Must
