About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Proposal Manager & Writer to lead NUMU’s end-to-end RFx process from strategy and qualification to drafting, reviews, and submission. The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator with strong writing, project management, and coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full proposal lifecycle: RFP analysis, kickoff, compliance matrix, content planning, color team reviews, and final submission.
- Write clear, persuasive proposal content including executive summaries, methodologies, value propositions, and technical narratives.
- Coordinate with Sales, Creative, Events, and Production teams to gather and validate inputs.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and governance to ensure on-time, error-free submissions.
- Maintain and improve proposal templates, content libraries, and messaging frameworks.
- Integrate AI-assisted drafting to increase speed and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in proposal management, tender writing, or RFP development.
- Strong understanding of UAE RFx processes.
Required Skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Advanced analytical and technical writing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaborative workflows.
