Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Administrator based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for managing order processing, providing administrative support to the sales team, maintaining customer records, and ensuring ongoing communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns. Additional responsibilities may include preparing
sales reports, coordinating with various departments to fulfill orders, and supporting the overall sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and support their needs
- Experience in Order Processing and Sales to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales goals
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance to support the sales team and manage records
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
