Job Description

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure the best value, quality, and reliability for goods and services required by the organization.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
• Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of materials and supplies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and forecast demand.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure consistent quality and service.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels using procurement software and databases.
• Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or invoice disputes with suppliers.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, new products, and alternative suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and environmental regulations in all purchasing activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• Experience in production lines and spare parts is a must
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build effective vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data, evaluate suppliers, and make informed purchasing decisions.
• Knowledge of contract management and procurement best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of sustainability and environmental considerations in purchasing decisions.
• Good in English
