Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer/Architect to join our team. The Interior Designer will be responsible for understanding clients' interior design needs and creating designs that meet their requirements .

Responsibilities:

• Create innovative design concepts for projects .
• Prepare all design plans for presentation to clients .
• Create 3D/2D models and renderings to help clients visualize designs .
• Provide interior design mode board and concept and deliver it with high-end rendering .
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation .
• Prepare project documents ( shop drawings, BOQ, etc.) .
• Set project estimates according to budget .
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize simultaneous assignments and work under tight deadlines .
• Teamwork abilities and working collaboratively with staff members .

Job Requirements

• Gender: Any .
• Work located in our Office (New Cairo ).
• BSc/MA degree in Architecture / Interior Design .
• Experience from 3  years .
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and 3d visualization.
• Proficiency in Related Programs “ AutoCAD , 3d max (V Ray\Corona) , Photoshop ,MS Office”.
• Experience in work of BOQ .
• Highly aware Materials Types & Specifications .
• Mastering in shop drawings and techniques of Finishing works .
• Preferable from (New Cairo city or nearby) residence .
