Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our mechanical industrial services company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of industrial machinery and equipment, with a strong focus on CNC machines, welding equipment, and laser cutting machines.
• The Maintenance Engineer will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and support production operations by minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Key responsibilities include executing maintenance plans, responding to breakdowns, installing and commissioning new machinery, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The role also involves

• ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance function.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with CNC machines, welding equipment, and laser cutting machines.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.
• Experience in performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
• Good understanding of safety standards, procedures, and industrial regulations.
• Experience in installing, commissioning, and testing industrial machinery is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to work on-site and respond to urgent maintenance issues when required.
