Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Senior Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment and Organizational Development) role. The responsibilities include managing and optimizing HR processes such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and organizational development projects aimed at aligning the workforce with strategic business goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
Experience in managing Employee Benefits and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
