Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm 1st 6 October for a Procurement Specialist. The role involves managing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the procurement process aligns with company policies and goals. The Procurement Specialist will work closely with various departments to identify their purchasing needs and liaise with suppliers to secure the best terms. Additional responsibilities include maintaining procurement records, analyzing supplier performance, and contributing to cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
• Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess cost efficiency and value
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and ability to build strong relationships with suppliers
• Proficiency in procurement software tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience in the tobacco or FMCG industry is an advantage
