Learning & Development Supervisor – Manufacturing

Job Description (Key Responsibilities):

Develop and execute L&D plans aligned with manufacturing goals

Identify training needs through performance gaps and KPIs

Design and deliver technical, safety, and soft skills training

Manage onboarding and shop-floor training programs

Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI

Coordinate with production, quality, and HSE teams

Supervise trainers and external training providers

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, Engineering, or related)

3–6 years L&D experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of training needs analysis and competency frameworks

Experience with technical, safety, and compliance training

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Strong reporting and training evaluation skills
