About the job

Required Skills & Experience:

6 Months- 2 years of total experience in IT recruitment
Proven success in hiring for niche technology roles (React, Java, Cloud, Data, SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
Strong understanding of IT skills, project structures, and technology stacks.
Experience in both volume hiring and niche/senior-level hiring.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with ATS systems, recruitment analytics, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
