About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys navigating the complexities of company formation and providing exceptional service to entrepreneurs and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on their application status.

- Guide clients through the end-to-end process of business registration, licensing, and renewals.

- Prepare, review, and submit all necessary legal documents, including Memorandums of Association (MOA) and power of attorney.

- Coordinate with government departments and regulatory authorities to ensure timely approvals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree required.

- 1 to 2 years of experience in the business setup/company formation industry.

- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

- Familiarity with local labor laws, visa processing, and trade license requirements.
