We are seeking a Traveling Advisor to join our Customer Care & Retention team. You will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, deliver exceptional support, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to travel plans, bookings, and services.
- Provide personalized solutions to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Graduates only).
- Fluent English (B2–C1 level).
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer care or travel advisory is a plus.

Pay range and compensation package
