As our organisation continues to grow locally and internationally, we are seeking an Interior Designer to join our team.
Role purpose
Own documentation quality and BIM coordination on active projects, supporting project leads with robust Revit workflows and coordinated outputs.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate Revit model structure, worksets, views, sheets, and deliverable outputs
- Produce and review DD and CD packages for quality, coordination, and compliance
- Manage model and drawing coordination with multi disciplinary teams
- Support clash and issue resolution workflows and track actions to closure
- Guide junior team members in Revit standards, efficiency, and quality expectations
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years experience in technical delivery and BIM coordination
- Strong Revit capability plus understanding of documentation best practice
- Confidence coordinating across disciplines and communicating issues clearly
- Experience in hospitality documentation is strongly preferred
- Navisworks and BIM collaboration tools are an advantage
