Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage export documentation.
• Follow up production readiness and shipment schedules.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with destination country import regulations.
• Track shipments and update clients on delivery status.
• Maintain accurate export records and

• databases.
• Assist in cost calculations, quotations, and order confirmations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field
• Proven experience in export coordination or international logistics.
• Good knowledge of international shipping terms, customs regulations, and export documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer focus.
