About the Job:

This is a full time job in Obour City, where selected candidate will be responsible

for:

• Searching for suitable candidates throughout multiple talent acquisition funnels.
• Receiving, screening, prioritizing candidates according to competencies required.
• Preparing, liaising and coordinating the primary and F2F interview
• Maintaining the Organizational Chart full and satisfied.
• Preparing the annual hiring plan according to the needs.
• Writing and updating respective

• Carrying out the onboarding procedures
• Occasionally supporting in Training Activities Planning and Execution.

About you:

You are a university graduate, preferably from HR or BA background. You must have previous experience, specifically in Steel Fabrication industry and be a holder of an HR certificate in recruitment.
