Job Description

• Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure consistent product output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for process deviations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Support the introduction of new products and technologies into existing manufacturing lines.
• Conduct process validation and qualification activities in compliance with industry standards.
• Train and mentor production staff on process best practices and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and optimizing production workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with process simulation, statistical analysis, and root cause analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in using process engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing operational needs.
