Job Description

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all mechanical equipment and production lines to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical faults, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to restore equipment functionality.
• Develop and execute maintenance schedules in alignment with production requirements and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production, electrical, and quality teams to support seamless manufacturing processes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Supervise and guide maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for spare parts procurement and specialized repairs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic components, and industrial machinery.
• Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical faults efficiently.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in industrial maintenance.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to urgent maintenance needs.
