Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Specialist will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical roles. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The individual will also take an active role in identifying and attracting top IT talent to align with organizational and client needs.
Qualifications
Experience in Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment
Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
Strong Interviewing skills and ability to evaluate technical talent effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Knowledge of recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems is a plus
