Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will support the HR department in daily operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, and compliance with company policies. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of HR experience who is eager to grow their career in a dynamic environment.
- Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
- Support payroll preparation
- by providing accurate employee data.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries and provide HR support across departments.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and follow up on evaluations.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and HR projects.
- Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR (generalist or related role).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
