We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer specialized in residential finishing to join our Projects Team. The role focuses exclusively on finishing works for apartments and villas, ensuring high-quality execution in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines across multiple sites.
🔸 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage residential finishing works on-site (apartments & villas)
- Ensure execution complies with approved drawings
- , specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate and manage technicians and finishing subcontractors
- Distribute tasks and follow up on daily site activities
- Monitor materials, workmanship, and finishing details
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and delivery timelines
- Coordinate closely with the Technical Office and Management
🔸 Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in residential finishing projects (apartments & villas) – mandatory
- Proven ability to manage up to 5 projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, coordination, and site
- management skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up abilities
- Own car is a must

- One position covering 6th of October residential projects
