Job Title: Structure Team Leader

Location: Nasr City
Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Structure Team Leader to lead and manage the structural engineering team across our construction projects. The ideal candidate must be technically strong, a capable leader, and have solid on-site and design coordination experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the structural engineering team
• Review and approve structural designs, drawings, and calculations
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams
• Ensure design compliance with codes and safety standards
• Solve technical issues and provide engineering solutions
• Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines
• Train and mentor junior structural engineers

Job Requirements

Graduation year: Batch 2013 or earlier

Minimum 12+ years of structural engineering experience

Strong background in RC & steel structures

Experience working on high-rise, residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects

 

Technical Requirements

Excellent knowledge of ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and AutoCAD

Strong understanding of ACI, BS, Eurocodes

Ability to review and optimize structural design and quantities

Experience in shop drawings and site execution
