Job Description

  • Source, attract, and engage top technical talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct initial interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases to ensure accurate and timely records.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating promptly and professionally throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market intelligence.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote The PM Office as an employer of choice within the technology sector.

Job Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Proven ability to source and attract candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming recruitment challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
