Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all local purchases related to Saudi Serpo Co.
• Execute purchasing and sourcing activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships for consistent service quality.
• Support tendering processes and assist with contract management.
• Oversee procurement administration, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle banking transactions, letters of credit (L/C), document acceptance, and shipping documentation in line with international trade terms.

Objectives:

• Ensure uninterrupted operations through timely procurement of quality goods and services.
• Achieve cost efficiency and value for money through effective sourcing and negotiation.
• Maintain transparency, accountability, and compliance in all procurement activities.
• Contribute to cost control and optimal resource utilization.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date procurement records for management and audit purposes.

Qualifications / experience required:

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
• Good Command of Arabic, English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Good Communication skills.
• Able to work in a team environment.
