Role Purpose 

To assist the commercial team in all quantity surveying, cost and procurement aspects. Key Accountabilities 

To evaluate subcontractor payment applications & prepare their payment certificates

Prepare and maintain subcontractor payment log

Evaluate and submit variations

Quantity measurements and BOQ preparation

Prepare the client payment application along with all the substantiation documents

Provide assistance in contracts administration

Evaluate tenders, quotations and prepare comparison sheets

Assist in procurement and purchase including the negotiation phase

Prepare cost reports

Prepare client and subcontractor final accounts

Maintaining of all Commercial logs

 Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills 

Degree & Qualification: BSc in Quantity Surveying

Experience: 4-5 years approx

Cost Estimation & Budgeting

Measurement and quantification

Contractual Knowledge
