Role Purpose

To assist the commercial team in all quantity surveying, cost and procurement aspects.

Key Accountabilities

• To evaluate subcontractor payment applications & prepare their payment certificates
• Prepare and maintain subcontractor payment log
• Evaluate and submit variations
• Quantity measurements and BOQ preparation
• Prepare the client payment application along with all the substantiation documents
• Provide assistance in contracts administration
• Evaluate tenders, quotations and prepare comparison sheets
• Assist in procurement and purchase including the negotiation phase
• Prepare cost reports
• Prepare client and subcontractor final accounts
• Maintaining of all Commercial logs

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Degree & Qualification: BSc in Quantity Surveying
• Experience: 4-5 years approx
• Cost Estimation & Budgeting
• Measurement and quantification
• Contractual Knowledge
• Attention to Detail
