Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telesales performance role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Telesales professional will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote and sell products or services. Responsibilities include communicating effectively with clients, understanding their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on leads, and collaborating with the team to improve

our sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills focusing on client satisfaction
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport and trust with clients
• Proven Sales skills and the ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Experience in Training others and contributing to team development is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and a basic understanding of sales systems
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is an advantage
