Internship Description

• Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.
• Transfer data (questions and quizzes) from source documents (Soft and hard copy formats) into computer files and company website using keyboards or optical scanners.
• Verify data by comparing it to source files and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
• Sort and organize source documents in the proper way and maintain a strong filling system.
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines and website time table by following up with the operation team.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Collaborating with the teacher to identify the goal of their content and outline it effectively.
• Visualizing slides based on objectives, content and the company guidelines.
• Adding visuals like images and videos that support the core message.
• Developing data visualization like illustrations, charts, graphs etc. to make the presentation engaging.
• Create master slides and layouts for easy modifications.

Internship Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 year of experience in the same field.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills.
• Good at using Google products.
• Problem solving.
• Creativity.
• Time Management.
• Internship Duration : 4 Months
