Role Description:
This is a contract-based, remote opportunity for a Founding Partner – Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to play a pivotal role in shaping Vallix’s growth journey.
As CMO, you will be responsible for defining and leading the company’s overall marketing vision**, positioning Vallix as a trusted authority in technology and consulting. You will own brand strategy, go-to-market planning, demand generation, and market intelligence, while working closely with the founding leadership to align marketing initiatives with business growth objectives.
This role goes beyond execution—you will act as a strategic partner in company building, influencing product positioning, revenue strategy, and long-term market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute Vallix’s end-to-end marketing strategy, aligned with business growth and revenue goals
Lead market planning and market research to identify opportunities, competitive positioning, and emerging trends
Build and strengthen Vallix’s brand positioning, messaging, and thought leadership in the market
Oversee public relations, communications, and brand reputation management
Drive go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and demand-generation initiatives
Collaborate closely with leadership across sales, business development, and operations to ensure strategic alignment
Establish scalable marketing frameworks, processes, and KPIs suitable for a growing consultancy
Mentor and guide marketing resources (internal or external) as the company scale
