Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure efficient inventory management, and lead a high-performing operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of warehouse processes, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to meet productivity and performance goals
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and system controls
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, labor efficiency, and inventory turnover
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams
- Optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and labor planning
- Manage warehouse budgets and control operational costs
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years of warehouse or distribution center management experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
- Solid understanding of inventory control and logistics processes
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
