Main Purpose:

- Construct, build, test, and support data architecture

- Develop and Maintain the Data pipeline

- Ensure Data Quality and Accuracy

- Install, configure & support all products sold related to the data management track

Accountabilities:

- Conduct demos/proof of concept setups to convince the customer with the product to make the customer issue the PO

- Implement installation process

- Responsible for providing support service (after sales service) for customers who have active contracts

- Design, Develop and maintain data architecture

- Data warehousing and database systems

- Experience in ETL Process

- Gain educational levels to enable troubleshooting skills to handle advanced scenarios.

- Develop low level design & as-built manual to document installation activities & provide it to customer.

- Report Lab /POC/installation activities visit internally/externally. (Quality Assurance)

- Conduct technical/hands-on training to customers

Key Skills and qualifications:

- BS.C degree in communications or computer science

- minimum 2 years of experience in the same field

- Data warehousing and database systems

- ETL and ELT tools

- Experience in Splunk

- Big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka

- Critical thinking and problem-solving

- Understand software development life cycle.

- Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.

- management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills

- DevOps tools like JIRA, Jenkins, Ansible

- Operating systems (such as Windows Server and Linux),

- Understanding complex system development methods

- Understanding of system testing practices.

- Splunk Admin Certificate it’s a Plus
