Job Overview:
ZonNet is a fast-growing digital transformation company, we specialize in building enterprise-grade platforms, with a focus on the EdTech sector. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our remote-first team and support our growing operations. In this key role, you will work closely with leadership to manage HR functions, foster a positive remote culture, and ensure compliance in a distributed environment. As our HR pillar, you will handle recruitment, employee relations, and initiatives that align with our scaling goals, all while championing remote work best practices.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Lead end-to-end recruitment, from crafting compelling job postings to virtual interviews, candidate sourcing, and streamlined remote onboarding.
· Manage employee relations, including virtual performance reviews, conflict resolution, and fostering engagement in a remote setting.
· Ensure full compliance with HR policies, international labor laws, and best practices tailored to remote workforces (knowledge of Egyptian labor laws preferred).
· Oversee payroll, benefits, and employee wellness programs, with a focus on remote-friendly perks like flexible scheduling and digital tools.
· Develop and implement HR initiatives that support company growth, such as remote team-building strategies, virtual training programs, and asynchronous communication protocols.
· Champion remote work policies, including tools for collaboration (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Asana), and promoting a healthy remote culture to
prevent burnout and enhance productivity.
· Analyze HR metrics to optimize remote operations, providing insights on retention, diversity, and team satisfaction in a distributed model.
· Conduct Workload Analysis to assess team capacity and recommend adjustments for efficient remote operations.
