This is a full-time hybrid role, open to candidates based in Egypt.
About the Role
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, conduct property viewings, and support transactions from initial inquiry through closing. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals with strong communication skills and an interest in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market residential and commercial property listings
- Identify and follow up with potential buyers, tenants, and investors
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Support negotiations and assist in closing
- sales and leasing deals
- Maintain accurate client and property records
- Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and property owners
- Follow up on leads and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about real estate market trends and available inventory
Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or a related sales role is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
- Basic knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic is required; English is a plus
