Role Description
This is a full-time on-field role for a Product Specialist at Hero Baby in Boulak & Faisal, Giza, Egypt.
JOB PURPOSE:
Achieve strategic organizational goals in specific area held.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed in-market sales targets within agreed budgets and time frame.
- Achieve agreed contract, coverage and frequency targets (quantity & quality) through face to face meetings and deliver agreed customer centric activities within operating budget.
- Promote defined Hero products according to campaign Strategies and policies.
- Ensure outstanding personal and team knowledge, and understanding of Hero priority products, technical information, product strategy, positioning, key messages and programs.
- Communicate effectively with territory colleagues and relevant members of other teams, coordinate field visits with co-detailing colleagues, in order to understand, maximize and drive territory achievements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary only.
- Completed military or other governmental obligations.
- 0-4 years experience in nutritional or pharmaceutical sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English language (Spoken & Written).
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Must have driving license.
